Applications: All continuing JD students in their 2nd, 3rd, and 4th year, and LLM students enrolled Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 are encouraged to complete the USD Law General Scholarship Application. This single application allows you to be considered for multiple scholarships. An application does not guarantee an award.
Deadlines: Applications for the
2024-25 USD School of Law Scholarship Application will be accepted from November 11, 2024 through November 25, 2024 at 11:59pm. Incomplete applications or applications received after this deadline will not be considered.
Full-Time Status: Unless otherwise stated, scholarships require full-time enrollment.
Notifications: Notifications are sent to your USD email account. You will receive a confirmation when your application is received. We will contact you if we need additional information, or if you have been selected for a scholarship. Applications are kept on file for the entire academic year.
Scholarship Recipients: Recipients are required to submit a thank you letter. Recipients may also be required to attend an annual event where recipients will meet the donor and be honored for their scholarship.
New Students: Your login information is the same as your USD id which you will receive upon acceptance and submission of your deposit to enroll.
